Obviously, we operate off of confidentially agreements and non-circumvention agreements, however, we are unique when it comes to cooperating brokers. On our listings, we share commissions on a 50/50 basis and put this in writing. Our idea is that we are both on the same side trying to complete a transaction.
I find that commissions fall in place if clients are always considered of most importance.
