Married to wife, Cara, with a daughter, Vanessa, age 18.
I grew up all over the US while my father was in the Coast Guard and graduated high school in 1972, later attending Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA on a full athletic scholarship, majoring in Business. After college I spent 5 years traveling the world and gaining further education observing different cultures, an great experience. My interests include running, surfing, sports, world events, religion, social reform and tax reform issues. I am a big admirer of Thomas Jefferson and his vision for our nation.
I’ve been a real estate professional since 1989 when I started in Residential Sales in San Diego, CA and have additionally worked in the Title Insurance Industry in Southern California. I moved to Clearwater in 2002 from Los Angeles and I’m enjoying the Florida lifestyle and the opportunities afforded in a strong real estate market such as we have in Pinellas County. I’ve gone from “boy wonder” when a younger agent to an experienced but enthusiastic veteran that has seen hot and cold markets come and go.
I’ve been a real estate investor for the last ten years in Southern California and Florida and currently hold properties in Clearwater and Dunedin, managed by my wife, Cara. The real estate game is a challenge, exciting and rewarding. Working with people and helping them achieve their aims gives me fulfillment and I literally jump through hoops to make sure that my clients get what they need. I don’t take lightly the trust invested in me by my clients and always strive to live up to that trust.
